Online Training Subscription
This monthly subscription has a lifting program(4 days/week) and a throwing program(4 days/week). The month will be setup in 3 building weeks and 1 performance week. Each month will start with a YouTube video of Coach Rodhe outlining protocols, exercises and goals for the program. Programs will be provided via email. Video reviews not included with this subscription.
Athletes can submit training logs and videos of lifts/throws to help influence a more tailored experience for the entire group.
Programs will focus peak condition at 3 points in the year. Early March, Early June, and Mid August.
Programs start September 1, 2020.
