Athletes of all ages are welcome to use outdoor throws area, indoor throws net and the weight room. If you are new to the sport we have an instructor on site for basic questions.
Noon - 1pm from September through May
June and July are Throws Club and Individual Training only
August - Closed
If you are new or sporadic in attendance please consult announcements or contact us before arriving. Sometimes we close the gym due to travel/competitions.
