Focus Session

Throws or lifting instruction through the eyes of an Olympian. We will analyze your individual mechanics and derive a training scheme to meet your goals, built around your body and personality. Schedule a standing appointment or sprinkle in as needed with your own training schedule. Sessions are around an hour long.
