Refund, Exchange and Cancelation Policies

 

Product Shipping/Returns

  • Exchanges(U.S. only): Customer is responsible for return postage. Include note with name, original order number, and what exchange item you are requesting. Product must be returned in obvious unused condition. Exchanges on implements will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and secondary shipping fee. 

  • Returns(U.S. only): Customer is responsible for return postage. Include note with name and original order number. A refund for product value but not the original shipping charge will be issued after product is received back to shop. Product must be returned in obvious unused condition. Returns on implements will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

  • Shipping Policy:
    • We take great care to insure all orders are properly packaged and shipped in a timely manner. 

    • Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We offer several shipping carriers for you to get the best solution for your destination needs. 

    • In-stock items typically ship in 1-2 business days while custom color/pattern items will be subject to current shop order volume. 

    • All orders made through the website will be provided with verification and tracking detail emails.

    • When a package is marked "delivered" and/or shows a signature confirmation, we consider the shipment to have been successfully completed. At that point, our responsibility for the order is fulfilled and we are no longer liable for the package. We cannot control what happens to your package after it is delivered. Any issues related to delivery after this point, including lost, stolen, or misplaced packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier or the proper authorities. 

    • If a package leaves our facility and is lost by the shipping carrier or arrives damaged, we will cover your loss by replacing or repairing the product at our expense. If the package is taking longer than usual to be delivered, we reserve the right to wait an appropriate amount of time before replacing the product. Sometimes shipping carriers make mistakes and shipments can be delayed up to two weeks. 

       

      International Customers: May be subject to extra duty or customs fees, these are sole responsibility of the customer. All international sales are final, no refund, no exchange.

       

  • Off The Wall: All items sold from the OTW collection are final regardless if new/used or perfect/imperfect condition. 

Training Session/Competition Cancellation Policy

  • We require a minimum of 24hrs notice of cancellation. Failing to meet this window may result in a full or partial charge depending on the logistic parameters of your session.
  • All competition payments are final. Competitions will be delayed for t-storms, and heavy rain if there is a probability of clearing. In the circumstance of complete cancel, we will try to secure a second date, but there is no guarantee.

Leather Product Color/Pattern Variation

  • Not all hides are created equal. There will always be some color, pattern, or wear mark difference between the product you see in the picture and the one you receive. This does not in any way affect the usability of said product.
  • Sometimes our photos have not updated immediately after a product batch rotation. If you absolutely care about specific color/pattern of your leather product please contact us to confirm stock.
