Crystal Johnson - Weight/Hammer Specialist

Former Canadian National Record Holder, and Canadian National Champion in the hammer throw. She represented Team Canada six times on the world stage and has coached young athletes for over 20 years. An avid learner, she worked with four-time Olympian, Jud Logan, for five years post-collegiately, and then trained with world-renowned coach, Dr. Anatoliy Bondarchuk, for seven years. She has a Master’s degree in Education, and a bachelor degree in Exercise Science. After years as a kinesiologist, specializing in exercise rehabilitation with traumatically injured clients, she is now an entrepreneur where she focuses on helping individuals across the spectrum of nutrition, movement, community, and spirituality. Dane Miller - Discus and Glide Shot Specialist

Founder and owner of Garage Strength and Earth Fed Muscle (co-owner) and 5th year event coach and speaker at BIG THROWS Clinic. Pennsylvania State Champion in Shot Put and BA from Penn State. Dane has experienced throws training as a professional athlete and coach. He attended the 2016 Olympic games as a coach and has helped many athletes meet their throwing and lifting goals with his passionate approach to coaching. 

Justin Rodhe - Rotational Shot Specialist
